libgisi-dbg software package provides low-level communication library for ISI modems (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgisi-dbg
libgisi-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgisi-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgisi-dbg *
You will get with libgisi-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
